That's what I call thorough

We received a letter from the police department this week asking us to fill out a little survey on a former neighbor of ours. Apparently, he is applying to be a police officer and they are doing a background check. I'm trying to determine whether the police department has a sense of humor, or if I should stick to being serious. One of the questions is, "Is the applicant trustworthy and honest?" I am considering writing, "I have a hard time trusting anyone whose lawn is kept so immaculately."
